The Three Templates
Prestige — Gold & Navy
The classic certificate look. A rich navy background with gold/amber typography, ornamental corner borders, and a formal centered layout. This is the template most people picture when they think "certificate of completion."
The 4-zone layout includes a header with the issuer name, a large recipient hero section, an achievement block with course details, and a 3-column footer with date, signature line, and QR code.
Executive — Bold Gradient
Modern and dynamic. A dark background with a bold diagonal gradient accent block, clean sans-serif typography, and a left-aligned layout. This template feels premium without being traditional — ideal for technology, design, and startup contexts.
The gradient shifts from your chosen accent color to a deeper tone, giving it a distinctly contemporary feel. The layout is bold and asymmetric — more editorial than academic.
Heritage — Dark Luxury
Formal and authoritative. An academic diploma-style certificate with double border framing, a dark background, and a centered seal element. This is the most formal of the three — suited for institutions that need their certificates to feel official and weighty.
Designed to echo the visual language of traditional educational institutions: symmetrical, structured, and dignified. The double-rule border and centered seal element reinforce authority.

Customizing Your Template
All three templates support the same customization options:
- Accent Color — use the color picker or enter any hex code to match your brand. This controls borders, gradient, highlights, and QR code framing depending on the template.
- Page Size — US Letter (8.5×11") or A4. US Letter is standard in North America; A4 is used in most other countries.
- All text fields — recipient name, certificate title, course name, issuer name, issuer title, and date are all fully editable.
- QR Verification — can be toggled on or off. We recommend keeping it enabled.
